About shipping and delivery methods

The ordered products will be delivered by Sagawa Express.

Shipping fee: 700 yen nationwide, free shipping for purchases of 10,000 yen or more.

About delivery time

Normally, we will deliver to the delivery company within 1 to 3 business days, excluding the order date. Delivery may be delayed depending on the order status, delivery area, and traffic conditions.

Address unknown/long-term absence

---

If you are absent, the delivery company will post a notice of absence. Please receive it within the storage period stated in the notification. If the storage period is exceeded or the address is unknown, the product will be returned to our shop.
Please note that returned items may not be redeliverable.

About overseas shipping

---

Delivery is limited to Japan. In addition, we cannot accept returns or exchanges from overseas.

About sending gifts

---

It is possible to set a delivery address other than your home.

However, please note that the invoice with the amount written is always attached.

In addition, we do not support wrapping service.

About payment method

Cancellation/return/exchange

We cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges after the order has been confirmed, except when the product is defective. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, we will replace it immediately, so please contact us from here.

Return period: Please contact us within 5 days after product shipment.
